Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE PROPERLY IN THE DARK AND IN THE RAIN WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER (MCGRATH FORD, 4001 1ST AVE SE, CEDAR RAPIDS, IA, 52402), BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 13344376. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL, AND RECOMMENDED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO ANOTHER DEALER FOR A SECOND OPINION.
