TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE DID NOT START WHEN CRANKED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED AT LEAST FIFTY TIMES. THE VEHICLE ONLY STARTED BY USING THE REMOTE START BUTTON ON THE KEY FOB. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 24,000.
