TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 INFINITI G35. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT OPERATE AS INTENDED. ONLY COLD AIR EMITTED AND COULD NOT BE TURNED OFF. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE BRAKES INDEPENDENTLY APPLIED AND THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF POWER. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 126,000.
