TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PLACED IN PARK, IT ROLLED OVER THE CONTACT'S LEFT FOOT WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT WAS INJURED, BUT DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO GO THROUGH HIS INSURANCE COMPANY AND DID NOT OFFER ANY FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 27,568.
