TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO DARCARS VOLKSWAGEN SILVER SPRING (12511 PROSPERITY DR, SILVER SPRING, MD 20904) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIMING CHAIN FAILED AND THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND FILED THE CONTACT'S COMPLAINT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 72,844.
