Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH, THE ODOR OF EXHAUST FUMES WAS PERCEIVED INSIDE THE VEHICLE WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (CROSS ROADS FORD, 88 DALE JARRETT BLVD, INDIAN TRAIL, NC 877-660-7530) AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS NOT A KNOWN ISSUE. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 5,000.
