I WAS DRIVING DOWN OUR LOCAL EXPRESSWAY WITH OUR CHILDREN AND THE TILT STEERING LOCKING LEVEL GAVE WAY AND MY STEERING WHEEL BECAME UNSTABLE, MOVING ABOUT. LOST CONTROL OF TILT AND TELESCOPIC LOCKING ON THE WHEEL.
