AIR IS GETTING INTO THE PASSENGER SIDE PROBABLY THROUGH DEFECTIVE WINDOW SEAL. MAY BE DOOR GLASS SEPARATION FROM REGULATOR. HAS BEEN THIS WAY FOR THREE YEARS. HONDA WON'T DEAL WITH IT.
