Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD EXPLORER. THE CONTACT NOTICED AN EXHAUST ODOR IN THE VEHICLE AND EXPERIENCED SEVERE VIBRATION. DUNN FORD WAS CONTACTED (203 W MAIN ST, STIGLER, OK) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT BOLTS WERE LOOSE AND THE EXHAUST ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE DEALER ON APPROXIMATELY TEN OCCASIONS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 33,000.
