Consumer Description
LOCAL FORD DEALER STILL DOES NOT HAVE PART REQUIRED FOR SAFETY RECALL NOTICE 17S15 REGARDING CRACKED FLEXIBLE DRIVEWAY COUPLING. THE SAFETY RECALL THAT WENT OUT IN JULY STATED THAT "PARTS FOR THE INTERIM REPAIR ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE" YET I HAVE BEEN TOLD ON 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONS BY THE PELLETIER FORD SERVICE MANAGER THAT PARTS HAVE NOT ARRIVED.
