Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FIESTA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO FERMAN FORD LOCATED AT 24825 US HWY 19 N, CLEARWATER, FL 33763, (727) 797-2277, TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSMISSION MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED ON THREE ADDITIONAL OCCASIONS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED OR NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,000.
