TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE CHARGER. AFTER STOPPING THE VEHICLE AND SWITCHING THE TRANSMISSION TO THE PARK POSITION, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ERRONEOUSLY ROLLED BACKWARDS AS THE DRIVER STEPPED OUT. THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A PARKING MEDIAN. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER AND LOCAL DEALER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 54,000.
