Consumer Description
MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS WILL NOT TURN OF WHILE THE CAR IS RUNNINGF. THEY CANNOT BE ADJUSTED AND THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS SPRAY DOESN'T WORK EITHER.
