TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE CHARGER. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WOULD REMAIN ON AND COULD NOT BE SHUT OFF. AS A RESULT, THE FUSE REQUIRED TO BE DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNAVAILABLE.
