Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE HEADREST DETACHED FROM THE DRIVER'S SEAT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS EQUIPPED WITH REAR COLLISION SENSORS THAT CAUSED THE FAILURE. AUTONATION CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM & FIAT IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA CONFIRMED THAT THE REAR COLLISION SENSORS WERE FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 76,000.
