Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED A SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER AND STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS UNABLE TO BE DRIVEN AND WAS LEFT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE DEALER (ORLANDO DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM, 4101 W COLONIAL DR, ORLANDO, FL 32808, (407) 299-1120) WAS CONTACTED AND WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE IF THE VEHICLE WOULD BE INCLUDED IN A MANUFACTURER RECALL. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS: 17V435000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) AND 14V634000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) ALTHOUGH THE FAILURES WERE IDENTICAL. THE CONTACT WAS WAITING ON THE MANUFACTURER TO DETERMINE IF THE VEHICLE WOULD BE INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
