Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE STATIONARY, THE VEHICLE MALFUNCTIONED. UPON ENGAGING THE PUSH START FEATURE, THE BRAKES AND THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND ALL OF THE INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS ILLUMINATED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT COULD NOT DEPRESS THE BRAKE PEDAL AT ALL. THE CONTACT DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY AND RESET THE VEHICLE IN ORDER TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
