NAVIGATION SYSTEM DEFECTIVE. UNIT STOPPED WORKING LESS THAN YEAR AFTER PURCHASING NEW. DEALER STATED ENTIRE UNIT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. RESEARCHED ISSUE ONLINE AND THE DEFECT IS REPORTED REPEATEDLY BY OWNERS OF 2015 DODGE JOURNEYS. DEFECT APPEARS TO BE SYSTEMIC BUT A RECALL HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED BY DODGE AND THEY REFUSE TO COVER ONCE BASIC WARRANTY (3YR / 36,000 MI) EXPIRES.
