TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD FOCUS. AFTER DEPRESSING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED UNINTENDED ACCELERATION. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT SHIFTED THE VEHICLE INTO PARK AND WAS ABLE TO OPERATE THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED REGARDING THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 6,000.
