Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL EXHAUST ODOR ENTERING THE CABIN OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LAKESHORE CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE JEEP RAM FIAT LOCATED AT 330 E HOWZE BEACH RD, SLIDELL, LA 70461, (985) 641-9595, AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THERE WAS A THREE WEEK BACK LOG TO HAVE THE VEHICLE DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED OR NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
