Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE WITHOUT WARNING AND LOST POWER. THE HILL DECENT WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL OTHER TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE CELLA FORD DEALER LOCATED AT 3210 DOCTOR M.L.K. JR BLVD, NEW BERN, NC 28562; (252) 638-4011 WHERE THE DEALER WAS NOT ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED AND WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,700. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
