TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN ROUGE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE STOPPED, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED INDEPENDENTLY WITHOUT WARNING. ADDITIONALLY, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE STALLED WHILE DRIVING. THE CONTACT CALLED AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC REGARDING THE FAILURE. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT DID NOT OFFER ANY FURTHER ANY ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
