TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE ATTEMPTING TO START VEHICLE, IT FAILED TO START. THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL DEALER MYRTLE BEACH CHEVROLET CADILLAC LOCATED AT 1785 HIGHWAY 501 MYRTLE BEACH SC 29577 WHERE IT DIAGNOSED THAT THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND OPENED CASE NUMBER: 8-3107409216. THE CONTACT HAD EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 132,000.
