Consumer Description

I HAVE CALLED TWO LOCAL DEALERS MULTIPLE TIMES DATING BACK TO APRIL (WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAR) TO HAVE THE RECALL FIXES PERFORMED, AND CONTINUE TO BE TOLD THE PARTS ARE ON BACK ORDER FROM THE MANUFACTURER. I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER (FORD) ONLINE AND WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT WITH A LOCAL DEALER.
