Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE TAIL LIGHT FRACTURED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS ALREADY AT THE DEALER (STEPHEN WADE CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM FIAT 1724 HILTON DR, ST GEORGE, UTAH 84770) WHERE IT WAS BEING SERVICED FOR AN EXISTING RECALL. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE STOP TAIL TURN LAMP FAILED, WHICH CAUSED THE TAIL LIGHT TO MELT. THE TAIL LIGHT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED OR MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 42,000. UPDATED 08/23/17*LJ UPDATED 11/06/2017*JS *TR
