WHILE DRIVING, SPEAKERS START TO CRACKLE LOUDLY. ITS ACTUALLY STARTLING. THEN THE RADIO DOESN'T WORK UNTIL THE VEHICLE IS TURNED OFF AND THEN ON AGAIN.
