TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 BMW 528XI. WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH, THE ENGINE STALLED. THE CONTACTED CALLED THE DEALER (BMW GALLERY OF NORWOOD LOCATED AT 918 PROVIDENCE HWY NORWOOD, MA 02082 781-762-2691) AND AN APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 77,000.
