TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CADILLAC CTS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH WAS STUCK IN THE RUN POSITION. ADDITIONALLY, THE ANTI-LOCK WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT CALLED A LOCAL DEALER (ST CLAIRE CADILLAC LOCATED AT 3737 STEVENS CREEK BLVD SANTA CLARA, CA 408 244-1000), BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED BECAUSE THERE WAS ANOTHER FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 115,000.
