TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 NISSAN MURANO. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE DRIVER SIDE SUN VISOR FAILED TO REMAIN SECURE AND WOULD FALL DOWN. THE FAILURE HINDERED THE CONTACT'S VISIBILITY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HALL NISSAN IN VIRGINIA BEACH, VA WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE VISOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,000.
