Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 BUICK ENCLAVE. WHILE DRIVING OVER 65 MPH, THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE SHOOK AND RATTLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIMING CHAIN WAS FAULTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 144,000.
