Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 SUBARU LEGACY. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE OIL INDICATOR ILLUMINATED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT 30 OUNCES OF OIL WERE ADDED TO THE VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE CONSUMED 11 OUNCES OF OIL EVERY 1,000 MILES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED, BUT WAS TESTED FOR AN OIL CONSUMPTION FAILURE AT THE RUGE DEALER. THE RESULTS HAVE NOT YET BEEN DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 81,000.
