FILED A CLAIM WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR ON 4-3-17, COMPLAINT # OC 2017005088, AGAINST FOUR ENTITIES INCLUDING: EL CAJON, CA FORD DEALER, CERTIFIED CAR CLINIC, FORD AUTOMOTIVE INC., AND DREW/PENSKE FORD REGARDING MY 2007 5.4 TRITON FORD F-150 TRUCK PLATINUM SPARK PLUG DEFECT. I WAS TOLD BY THE BAR THAT MY COMPLAINT WOULD BE FILED WITH YOUR AGENCY. I WOULD LIKE TO VERIFY IN WRITING THAT YOUR AGENCY HAS RECEIVED THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA BAR COMPLAINT.
