Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE REAR SEAT WAS LET DOWN, THE MIDDLE SEAT BELT IN THE REAR LOCKED. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO PUT THE SEAT BACK UP, BUT THE FAILURE WITH THE SEAT BELT CONTINUED. ALSO, WHILE THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING, THE REAR SEAT RANDOMLY SLAMMED BACK DOWN AND THE MIDDLE SEAT BELT LOCKED AGAIN. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THERE WAS NO SERVICE CAMPAIGN OR MANUFACTURER RECALL FOR THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000. UPDATED 07/13/17*LJ *CN
