Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING SPORADICALLY FAILED TO FUNCTION. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER CONDENSER FAILED DUE TO A FREON LEAK AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS UNABLE TO ASSIST AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000. UPDATED 07/13/17*LJ UPDATED 10/13/2017*JS
