Consumer Description

2013 DODGE CHARGER SXT (AWD) RECENTLY EXPERIENCED STRANGE "POPPING" NOISE WHEN SHIFTING FROM PARK INTO REVERSE, OR DRIVE INTO REVERSE. ALSO, THERE WAS A STRANGE NOISE/"THUD" WHILE DRIVING WHENEVER THE "ECO" MODE WOULD ENGAGE. AFTER THE NOISE GOT INCREASINGLY WORSE I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. THE DEALERSHIP DISCOVERED THAT THE LEFT REAR AXLE NUT WAS VERY LOOSE. ONCE THE NUT WAS TORQUED, THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. UNKNOWN CAUSE. VEHICLE IS IN GOOD CONDITION, WITH NO ACCIDENTS, AND JUST UNDER 30,000 MILES.
