Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 75 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. DUE TO THE FAILURE, THE CONTACT WAS FORCED TO COAST THE VEHICLE TO THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY HOWEVER, AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO START THE VEHICLE, THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO STALL. DUE TO THE FAILURE, THE CONTACT HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO A FAMILY MEMBER'S RESIDENCE WHERE IT REMAINED. NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 124,563. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
