Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER FAILED TO WORK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CONDENSER FAILED DUE TO A LEAK AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE DEALER STATED THAT DUE TO THIS BEING A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THESE VEHICLES, THE PART WAS CURRENTLY ON NATIONAL BACKORDER. PRIOR TO THE FAILURE, THE CONDENSER HAD BEEN REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 52,000.
