TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 SUBARU OUTBACK. WHILE STATIONARY, THE VEHICLE CONSUMED AN INORDINATE AMOUNT OF OIL. THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED AS HAVING AN OIL CONSUMPTION FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
