Consumer Description

TAKATA RECALL. I HAVE CONTACTED DALLAS DODGE, MY DEALER MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T REPLACED MY AIRBAG. I CONTACTED THEM IN JUNE 2016 AND WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN.THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF AIRBAGS. I HAVE THE OLDEST VEHICLE IN THIS RECALL AND LIVE IN TEXAS WHICH IS IN THE MOST LIKELY ZONE FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. I AM WORRIED ABOUT MY WIFE AND GRANDCHILDREN EVERY TIME WE DRIVE THIS VEHICLE. SINCE THIS PROBLEM GETS WORSE WITH THE AGE OF THE VEHICLE AND WHICH ZONE YOU LIVE IN, I WOULD HOPE THAT DALLAS DODGE WOULD WANT TO FIX THESE VEHICLES FIRST. PLEASE HELP, MY FAMILY NEEDS IT.
