TREAD SEPARATION ON TWO FACTORY-MOUNTED ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT YOKOHAMA TIRES WITHIN 3 WEEKS AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS, ONE INCIDENT CAUSING SIGNIFICANT BODY DAMAGE. INCIDENTS OCCURRED AT APPROXIMATELY 19,000 MILES.
