Consumer Description

TAKATA RECALL - INFINITI M35 2007 RECEIVED THE RECALL NOTICE AROUND 6 MONTHS AGO AND NEVER GOT A SECOND LETTER FOR AN APPOINTMENT. JUST CALLED THE INFINITI DEALER AND WAS TOLD THEY WILL ORDER THE PARTS AND MY APPOINTMENT WILL BE IN TWO MORE MONTHS. WHY WEREN'T THE PARTS ALREADY ON ORDER? WHY DID I HAVE TO CALL? WHY IS IT GOING TO TAKE TWO MORE MONTHS? NO ONE TO RIDE IN THE PASSENGER SEAT FOR 8 MONTHS! TOTALLY RIDICULOUS FOR A MAJOR SAFETY PROBLEM.
