Consumer Description

I was driving home recently and the back of my seat near the base gave out on me, the lower back/bottom raising motor was working but the seat was not going up. Upon inspection I found that the welds on the seat bracket had broken, going online and searching found me countless forums of seat brackets breaking during driving. Two main issues with this 1. I almost lost control due to the sudden drop 2. If I was to get into a collision the seat is not secure whatsoever.
