TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 HONDA CIVIC. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE STATIONARY, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START WHEN PROMPTED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE "CHECK ABS" WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BE REPAIRED BUT THE DEALER COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
