Consumer Description

IN ABILITY TO TURN CAR EASILY. ORIGINALLY STARTED WHEN CAR WAS NOT IN MOTION OR SLOWLY MOVING. NOW IT OCCURS WHEN DRIVING ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO EVEN CHANGE LANES. WE KNOW THERE IS A RECAL WITH THIS MAKE MODEL AND YEAR BUT MY VIN IS NOT INCLUDED. WHAT CAN WE DO?
