Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, EXHAUST ODORS AND FUMES EMITTED INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS AND THE AIR CONDITIONER INLET AND MUFFLERS WERE REPLACED. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HVAC MODULE WAS REPROGRAMMED AND THE UNDERBODY OF THE VEHICLE WAS RE-COATED, BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,994.
