Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET HHR. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH IN THE RAIN THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS SUDDENLY STOPPED OPERATING. UPON INSPECTION, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT A PLASTIC GARMENT IN THE WIPER HAD CRACKED AND CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED.
