Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 2500. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, THE STEERING AND BRAKING FAILED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT TURNED ON THE HAZARD LIGHTS AND FORCEFULLY STEERED TO THE SIDE OF THE CURB ON A HILL TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WATER PUMP BEARING AND SERPENTINE BELT WERE NOT INSTALLED, AND THE COOLANT FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 49,294.
