Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SPARK. WHILE RELEASING THE CLUTCH FROM A STOP POSITION ON WET PAVEMENT, THE VEHICLE SHOOK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A WORN OUT CLUTCH THAT NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE CLUTCH WAS REPLACED, BUT THE ISSUE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,500.
