Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ATTEMPTING TO SHIFT INTO DRIVE, THE GEAR SHIFTER GOT STUCK IN NEUTRAL. AS A RESULT, THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS ACTIVATED IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE VEHICLE TO ROLL AWAY AND CAUSE A CRASH. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT DUE TO THE FAILURE, THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DRIVABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 32,000.
