Consumer Description
HUBCAPS EASILY FALL OFF WHILE ON FREEWAY AND WHEN TURNING. AT TIMES THE SEAT BELT DOESN'T FULLY RETRACT ITSELF, CAUSING IT TO BECOME LOOSE.
